Commission Painting Process

Are you interested in having a custom artwork that reflects your unique vision and style? I'm delighted to offer commission painting services, allowing you to bring your artistic ideas to life. Here's a glimpse into the commission process:

1. Consultation:

• Contact me to express your interest in a commissioned painting.
• We'll discuss your vision, preferred style, colors, and size requirements.
• Based on our conversation, I'll provide you with an estimated timeline for completion. Please note that the waiting list may extend up to 3 months  or longer, depending on demand.

2. Pricing:

• Commission prices are calculated based on the dimensions of the artwork.
• For instance, if you're looking for a 100 cm x 100 cm painting, the calculation would be as follows: (100 cm + 100 cm) x 25  = 5000  Euros.
• Please keep in mind that I specialize in large-scale works, and the minimum commission price starts at 2,500 Euros.
• Why a commission artwork is more expensive that a work from my catalogue, well its easy,  explained, a commissioned artwork is only for you, there will be never any prints offered of this work, its created for you only in the timeframe you wish, the size you wish, the colours you wish - means I dedicate my time, for you only to create an artwork which is your own and yours only.

3. Deposit:

• Upon agreeing to proceed with your commission, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to initiate the project.
• This deposit secures your place in my commission queue and allows me to begin work on your painting.

4. Personalized Process:

• The commission process is a deeply personal one, tailored to your artistic preferences.
• I exclusively work with high-quality oil paints and mediums on linen canvases to ensure the longevity and vibrancy of your artwork.
• As an artist, I am committed to bringing your vision to life while infusing it with my unique style and artistic expression.

5. Communication:

• Throughout the creative journey, I will keep you updated on the progress of your commissioned piece.
• Regular communication ensures that we both contribute to the final outcome, resulting in a work of art that you'll cherish.

6. Completion:

• Once your commission is finished, I will share the final piece with you for your approval.
• After your confirmation, the remaining balance will be due before shipping or collection.

Delivery and Taxes:

• The completion of your commissioned artwork is an exciting milestone, and ensuring its safe arrival is equally important.
• Please note that delivery costs, as well as potential customs and import duties, are additional expenses that vary based on your location and local regulations.
• Additionally, VAT (Value Added Tax) may apply as required by your country's tax laws.
