Inspired by the unjust imprisonment of Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, I sought to channel my artistic voice into a visceral experience that would resonate with audiences on a visceral level. Stepping into Belmarsh Live means stepping into the stark reality of a prison cell, a space where Assange has been confined for years. The meticulous recreation of this environment aims to evoke empathy, inviting visitors to contemplate the implications of sacrificing one's freedom for the pursuit of truth.
